Before anything else, you need to understand what you are actually applying for.
Brands and businesses come to TaskOnPhone when they need real people — not celebrities — to promote their content across social media platforms. These are real paid assignments. Every completed assignment pays directly to your UPI account.
To protect our brand partners, we do not allow anyone with a phone to take assignments. Only candidates who have been tested, trained, and certified by Vidyana Learning Systems are given access to the platform and its assignments.
We receive thousands of applications. The scholarship test filters candidates who have the right knowledge, attitude, and commitment. Those who qualify get trained at a 90% subsidy because we want the best people on our platform — and we invest in finding them.
Here is exactly what happens at every stage. No surprises.
You fill the application form at taskonphone.com/apply.html and pay Rs.49 via UPI. This registers you for the scholarship test. The Rs.49 is a one-time non-refundable assessment fee — it covers the cost of evaluating your application and running your test. It is not a course fee.

Within 24 hours of payment50 multiple choice questions across 6 sections — Digital Awareness, Social Media, Content Creation, Communication Skills, Task Readiness, and Logical Reasoning. You have 20 minutes to complete the test. Results are shown immediately after submission.
50 questions · 20 minutes · Score 90%+ to qualifyStudents who clear the MCQ test are given a small practical assignment — for example writing a caption for a brand post, or creating a short content brief. This takes 15-30 minutes and tests your actual content creation ability. It cannot be Googled. This is the final filter before scholarship confirmation.

They receive an official scholarship letter and pay Rs.2,500 to enroll in the Micro Influencer Professional Training by Vidyana Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd. This is intentional. Someone who genuinely knows the material can answer comfortably in 24 seconds per question. There is no time to search for answers. Prepare properly using the syllabus at taskonphone.com/syllabus.html and you will have no problem finishing in time.
Questions are randomly selected from our bank of 150 questions. Your paper will be different from every other student's paper. The option order within each question is also shuffled. Sharing answers with other students will not help.
Only students who score 90%+ in the MCQ test proceed to this stage. Here are examples of the type of task you might receive.
The practical task is about your creativity, communication, and understanding of content promotion. There is no single correct answer. We evaluate your approach, clarity, and whether your content would actually work for a real brand. Students who cleared the MCQ test by luck will struggle here — students with genuine ability will find it straightforward.
The test system detects every time you leave the browser window. You get 3 warnings. On the 3rd warning the test is automatically submitted with your current answers. Your tab switch count is included in the result report sent to the TaskOnPhone team. A high tab switch count alongside a high score will be investigated.

Whether you pass, fail, skip the test, or withdraw — the Rs.49 assessment fee is non-refundable. It covers the cost of registering and evaluating your application. This is clearly stated in our Refund Policy at taskonphone.com/refund-cancellation-policy.html
The scholarship test has a 90% pass mark. This is intentional — we are building a professional network and need to ensure quality. If you do not qualify in this batch, you are welcome to apply again in the next batch.
TaskOnPhone is a marketplace. Certified scholars get access to brand assignments — but there is no fixed salary, no guaranteed minimum earning, and no employment contract. Your income depends on the assignments you complete and the quality of your work. We do not guarantee a specific monthly income.
You do not pay Rs.2,500 to apply or to take the test. You only pay Rs.2,500 if you pass the MCQ test AND complete the practical task successfully. At that point you are officially a scholarship winner and Rs.2,500 enrolls you in Rs.25,000 worth of professional training.
All training by Vidyana Learning Systems is conducted online. You can complete it on your phone from anywhere in India. There are no classroom sessions or physical visits required at any stage.
