My payment hasn't arrived — what should I do?

Payments are processed within 24 hours of task approval. If it has been more than 48 hours, email payments@taskonphone.com with your registered mobile number and task ID. We resolve all payment queries within 2 business days.

My task was rejected — can I appeal?

Yes. If you believe your task was unfairly rejected, email support@taskonphone.com within 14 days of the rejection with your task ID and the reason you believe the rejection was incorrect. Our review team will assess within 5 business days.

How do I update my UPI details?

Go to your Account Settings in the app or website and navigate to Payment Details. You can update your UPI ID directly there. Changes take effect on the next payout cycle. For urgent updates email support@taskonphone.com.

I want to post tasks for my business — where do I start?

Email business@taskonphone.com with a brief description of your task requirements, budget, and timeline. Our business team will get back to you within 48 hours with a custom plan. You can also explore our enterprise options on the main site.

How do I delete my TaskOnPhone account?

You can request account deletion by emailing support@taskonphone.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process the request within 30 days. Any approved earnings will be paid out before deletion.
